1. Housemade Fried Ravioli-stuffed with in-house Smoked Salmon & Goat Cheese topped with Pumpkin Creme Sauce; paired with Lincoln Lager
2. Wild Mushroom & Crab Tartlet; paired with Da Bomb Blonde Ale
3. Hop Smoked Duck Salad with Grilled Gorgonzola Polenta & Field Greens; paired with Old Red Amber Ale
4. Carlton Farms Pork Osso Buco-braised pork shank in rich tomato stout sauce served with sweet potato gnocchi; paired with Bad Ass Stout
