OP Wurst Sausage Bar Division Now Open!
Portland, OR (March 10, 2017) – We’re excited to announce the opening of our new OP Wurst Sausage Bar, at 3384 SE Division St. With its full bar, beer program, expanded food menu, and 80-seat patio perfect for summer swilling and sausage-eating, our newest sausage bar hopes to be a much-welcome addition to the thriving Division Street drinking and dining scene.
OP Wurst Division will serve an expanded version of the meaty menus found at its sister sausage slingers in Oregon City and downtown Portland’s Pine Street Market, with over a dozen signature franks and sausages, Alpine sausage platters, wurst and beer flights, charcuterie boards, and hearty sides like French fries with aioli, mac ‘n cheese, warm potato salad, fried pickles, and soft pretzels with beer cheese sauce. The menu also includes our brand-new chicken and beef sausages, and all-beef Wurst Burger.
Since sausage and spirits go hand in hand, OP Wurst Division’s full-service bar will feature a broad-ranging menu of whiskey and non-whiskey cocktails, a full wall of whiskey and other spirits, 12 taps of local and international beer, sours, and ciders, and fun sausage-friendly wines.
The new bar will also offer Olympia Provisions products to go, so diners and neighborhood passersby can take home our salami, fresh sausages, summer sausage, seasonal pickles, pepperettes, and t-shirts with extremely clever meat puns printed on them.
