The Bite of Oregon is coming up, and I just wanted to pass along that our founding chef Ross Kamens will be doing a cooking demo at the Chef’s Stage at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8. He’ll be demonstrating how to make two tasty dishes and will ask a couple of people from the audience to help him. In addition, he’ll be sharing some helpful cooking tips and tricks, and answering audience questions. The recipes he’ll be demoing will be available at our booth for people who’d like to try them at home.
