Skirt Steak Book Dinner

Lincoln, Nostrana, Smallwares and Irving Street Kitchen Team Up For a Good Cause
Our friend Charlotte Druckman’s book comes out this fall and she’s planning a trip to Portland. Her book, Skirt Steak: Women Chefs on Standing the Heat and Staying in the Kitchen examines women chefs and takes readers deep into the world of more than 70 of the most brilliant women chefs working today. In the restaurant world where only the strong prevail, their experiences are recipes for survival.

As a way to celebrate, Lincoln is hosting a dinner and book signing with wines from Domaine Serene and courses prepared by Jenn Louis (Lincoln and Sunshine Tavern), Sarah Schafer (Irving Street Kitchen), Johanna Ware (Smallwares), and Cathy Whims (Nostrana and Oven and Shaker)

Dinner is $80 including a copy of the book and proceeds from the dinner will benefit Janus Youth.
