Please join us in celebrating New Years Eve at Lincoln Restaurant. We are featuring a three-course menu for $65 per person, exclusive of beverages and gratuity. As always, the theme is choice! In that you have lots of choices in each category:

Lincoln Restaurant New Year’s Menu, December 31, 2012
starters (choose one)

Crostini with sea urchin, lardo and coarse salt

Fried fennel, pumpkin, cauliflower and yeasted potato fritter with aioli

Baked hen eggs with cream, castelvetrano olives and herbed breadcrumbs

Salt-cured foie gras torchon with brioche, apple mostarda and cider braised apricot

Wagyu beef carpaccio with oregon truffles

Endive with dungeness crab, lemon, tarragon and steelhead roe

entrees (choose one)
Cassoulet of rabbit, lamb, roasted pork belly and tarbais beans

Pork scallopine with radicchio, guanciale and chestnuts

Braised short ribs with soft polenta and porcini mushrooms

Winter seafood and bread stew with scallops, shrimp and dungeness crab

Pizzocheri with brussels sprouts, potatoes and fontina val d’aosta

dessert (you get them all!)
Chocolate mousse with candied citrus, crème fraiche and marcona almonds

Rocky road with pistachios and maldon salt

Biscotti

New Years at Sunshine

If you are looking for something a bit more casual for New Years, Sunshine will be open normal business hours that evening. Ring in the New Year with our regular dinner menu, shuffleboard and Donkey Kong. Large groups are more than welcome so feel free to give us a call if you are a group larger than six, 503-688-1750.
