Mentor & Mentee Wine Dinner, August 7, 2012

Dear Friends,

There are only a few seats left for Tuesday’s wine dinner, featuring Love & Squalor, Walter Scott, and Patricia Green Cellars.

Wildwood’s sommelier, Savanna, has brought together these talented Oregon wine makers to illustrate how their wines have been shaped and molded with the help of their mentor, Patricia Green.

Please join us for a spectacular four course meal; the dinner will feature first vintage Pinot Noirs from each winemaker inspired by Patricia Green. Current Pinots and white wines reflecting the identities of each winemaker will also be featured.

Savanna says, “I want to convey the sense of community we have here in Oregon, how we help each other. These wine makers and mentors share ideas, share equipment, and collaborate–rather than compete. That spirit of community is what Portland is all about, and I’m excited to not only hear what the wine makers and their mentors share, but witness how diners will participate in this conversation.”
