Next up in our series of collaborative dinners: Jacobsen Salt Co. If you haven’t had the pleasure of trying this amazing salt, you won’t want to miss this dinner. Jacobsen Salt is the first harvested pure salt crystal from Oregon coast since Lewis and Clark. Ben uses traditional methods to harvest salt in the waters of Netarts Bay. This dinner will focus on the distinct flavors of Ben’s salts.
