Ever wonder why the French don’t BBQ? Because the snails keep slipping between the grill grates!
Pascal and his old pal Bernard make magic happen on two charcoal grills in the fields of Viridian Farms on Sunday August 26th.
They’ll be joined in the field by Steve Doerner from Cristom Winery and his amazing wines.
Don’t miss out on this night of delicious food and humor only two Frenchman can provide!
First Friday has become quite a favorite among our customers’ and staff!

-We will be offering Happy Hour from 5pm to 8pm with discounts on wine by the glass.
-Great small plates ranging from $3 to $6.
-Free cooking demonstration at 6:30pm, featuring Amelia Hard! Amelia will be demonstrating “Panzanella Salad”, a great dish right in time for your summer dinners!
Stop by and help us celebrate this wonderful Milwaukie tradition!
Amelia & Allson are killing this month with an all pasta class! Wow… You know by now that those ladies offer incredible classes and even if you don’t want to cook, get there just for the food… and the company!
Once a month, Pascal gets up early to stroll the market, just a block away from The Kitchen and gets inspired by chatting with the vendors and browsing their booth.
After gathering ingredients, Pascal then decides what would be fun to do with this harvest…
Once getting backto The Kitchen to pick up his knives, a couple pots and a few extra ingredients, he then demonstrate an easy recipe which can be done at home in 30 minutes or less.
Of course, there’s always samples to try at the end!
