This week on tap, try Darkest Day IPA, a double CDA brewed for the shortest day of the year. Dark malt, chocolate and burnt caramel vie with piney citrus notes in the aroma. Warming on the palate, sweet dark bread malts at last give way to spicy Bravo and crisp Cascade hops; and Frost Killer, our Double Defroster. This big winter warmer features Belgian candi sugar, rich malts and notes of ginger and spice in the aroma. Caramel malts, spices and sweet hop resins on the palate lead to a mellow sweet finish, with hop notes appearing at the end for a pleasant warming.
