H5O bistro & bar invites food and wine lovers for an evening with Thistle Wines of Dundee, Ore. Guests can sip a glass of 2011 Pinot Gris and meet winemaker Jon Jennison, then enjoy the following six-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Ron Baker: Cheviche with rock fish, chilies de Arbol, crispy hominy 2011 Pinot Blanc
Squid ink pasta with confit of salt cod, fennel, breadcrumbs 2010 Chardonnay
Duck confit brique, black lentils 2009 Pinot Noir
Forest mushroom ragu, smoked goat cheese, puff pastry 2010 Pino Noir
