New Winter Citrus Som Trio!
Perfect for Valentine’s Day
Winter is the season for citrus! We have three unique and delicious flavors all packed into one pack: Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon, and Buddha’s Hand & Ginger. Below are some ways to use them to make impressive cocktails this Valentine’s Day:
Blood Orange is one of our most popular seasonal flavors from our restaurants. Bright red with a sweet and tangy start and a subtle bitter finish. Great mixed with seltzer, vodka, gin, or tequila.
Meyer Lemon is a truly unique citrus. It has a tart lemon flavor with a strong note of fresh thyme. Mixes well with any clear spirit or try adding some to a light beer for a refreshing shandy.
Buddha’s Hand & Ginger is our newest seasonal flavor. Inspired by one of Chef Andy’s favorite candies, Haribo gummies, we use fresh Buddha’s Hand to achieve a cleaner lemon flavor and balanced that tartness with a little spice from the ginger. Extremely versatile in cocktails and great with a spicy meal.
This trio is now available online for $35.00.

Get Grilling with Thaan Charcoal
It’s still winter, but with the big game this weekend, it’s a great way to start cooking outside again! Pick up a box of Thaan Thai-Style Charcoal for all of your grilling needs. Thaan is a long burning, clean and natural alternative to commercial charcoal briquettes. In contrast to American hardwood charcoal and Mexican mesquite, Thaan burns very clean, very hot and with very little smoke. It is easy to handle, highly consistent, and maintains shape while burning. This very dense binchotan extruded charcoal is made from byproducts of orchard grown rambutan fruit trees and tapioca starch, making it a sustainable and completely natural product. The log shape allows for dense packing, and a central hole in each log supports excellent air circulation to keep the coals hot and smoke-free. Thaan imparts a very mild flavor, letting grilled food speak for itself. Thaan Charcoal is great for any style of solid fuel cooking: grilling, barbecuing, indirect cooking and particularly good where binchotan charcoal is traditionally used.
