Beer Brined Rotisserie Chicken with Sweet Corn Succotash and Baked White Cheddar Penne
Wood-fired rotisserie chicken from our original opening menu is back for this week’s Sunday Supper!
This was a very popular entree when we first opened and you might be wondering what makes it so special? First, we brine the chicken overnight in beer. Then we slow cook it over an oak wood fire. This combination turns ordinary roasted chicken into extraordinary! Beer brining makes it moist and tender and the oak wood fire imparts a unique smoky flavor and aroma you can only get with oak.
To round it all out, sweet corn succotash and wood oven white cheddar penne pasta are this week’s accompaniments. An arugula salad with early season strawberries, feta and cashews is the starter.

Supper is served family style and starts at 4 p.m.
