Country Cat is launching a new “Animal of the Week” menu and I am thrilled to share it with you! Adam is known as Portland’s premiere chef/butcher and this menu will show you why. Once a week he will select an animal and break it down nose to tail; utilizing different parts such as lamb belly and pork bones he will feature distinct and unique dishes on his weekly menu. The options range from small plates to entrées and are priced accordingly.
