October 19th Dinner Features Clear Creek Distillery Pear and Apple Brandies Paired with Fall Dishes from Curried Pear Soup to Chocolate Fudge Cake with Caramel
PORTLAND, Ore. October 6, 2016 – Clear Creek Distillery and Lincoln Restaurant have released details for the upcoming family-style, fall cocktail dinner on Wednesday, October 19th at 6:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a 3-course harvest-inspired menu prepared by chef Jenn Louis, paired with cocktails featuring Clear Creek Distillery’s apple and pear brandies. Dinner is $65 per person, including food and beverage pairings. Gratuity is not included. Reservations are available by calling Lincoln Restaurant at 503-288-6200.

About Chef Jenn Louis
Jenn Louis is the executive chef and owner of two restaurants, Lincoln and Sunshine Tavern. In 2012, Louis’ soulful, seasonally focused cooking earned her recognition as a Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine. She is a two-time semifinalist for the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest and she competed on season five of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Her first cookbook, Pasta By Hand (March 24; Chronicle Books), was published in early spring 2015. Book of Greens (Ten Speed Press), her second book, will be released April 11, 2017.
