About Case Study Coffee
Case Study Coffee began in 2005 as a small espresso catering company, Espresso Arts Catering. Serving local business from their small mobile coffee cart, owners Wes Russell and Christine Herman-Russell sought to understand the elements that bring together a great coffee experience. In 2010, Wes and Christine expanded their business and opened their first coffeehouse to bring their esthetic to the NE Sandy neighborhood. They are available for espresso catering at events on location or at any of their coffeehouses. Case Study Coffee focuses on small-batch roasted sustainably sourced coffee, house-made syrups and sauces, warm and engaged customer service, and an upscale and inviting design. http://www.casestudycoffee.
