2011 Eat Mobile Festival’s Jury Prize winner for “Best Food Truck” evolves into brick & mortar restaurant Bhap Sang.
Pop Up success story Boke Bowl gives Portland its first glimpse of menu items for the award winning food truck turned brick & mortar Bhap Sang on Monday, June 25th at 6:30pm. Kim Jong Grillin’/Bhap Sang Chef Han Ly Hwang has created a 6 course menu that features nearly a dozen Korean specialties that will be served at his soon-to-be-opened restaurant on SE Division’s “Restaurant Row”. Chef Hwang and his business partner, Chad Savage, have teamed up with New Deal Distillers to create an exciting cocktail pairing menu to serve alongside their Korean specialties.
