Bent Brick and House Spirits: Krogstad Aquavit Dinner

The Bent Brick
House Spirits Krogstad Aquavit DinnerTwo Portland-centric establishments — The Bent Brick and House Spirits Distillery — are joining forces to create a dynamic four-course meal from Chef William Preisch.  Each course will be paired with a cocktail, whimsically prepared by bar manager Connor Mansager using the award-winning House Spirits Krogstad Aquavit. House Spirits-liqueured cocktails blend perfectly with Preisch’s forward thinking modern American food steeped in old-world techniques. Whether it’s the mussels popped and chilled with a down-by-the ocean cocktail, or a ‘root beer float’ accompanied by the ‘fjornicator,’ this multi-course meal is the perfect PDX pairing.

The Bent Brick, located at 1639 NW Marshall, will host the 20-person event on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012 at 6:30pm in the private dining room tucked away atop the restaurant. Book your seat for this one-of-a-kind dinner pairing now by calling us at 503-688-1655. Cost: 75 dollars.
