PORTLAND, Ore. – October 31, 2016 – Altabira City Tavern welcomes Worthy Brewing from Bend, Oregon to its upcoming craft beer dinner on Wednesday, November 9th. Guests will enjoy a four-course, gastropub-style menu prepared by chef de cuisine Luis Escorcia and pastry chef Natalie Harkness, paired with craft beers from Worthy Brewing.

Paired with Farm Out Saison, fruity and spicy flavors from a unique yeast strain add to the complexity of this French/Belgian-inspired ale
Chicken fried quail, jalapeno, watermelon radish, yuzu vinaigrette
Paired with Worthy IPA, clean, crisp, and refreshing, with hop aromas reminiscent of pineapple, mango and lemon
Wild boar stew, marble potatoes, baby carrots, pearl onions, crispy shallots
Paired with Lights Out Stout, a hybridized American stout where oats and milk sugar lend a smooth, soft body with some residual sweetness and an aroma of Madagascar vanilla beans
