Beer and Food Pairing Seminar This Thursday At Wildwood

I wanted to shoot everyone a copy of the menu that we have put together for a collaboration beer dinner/educational seminar this Thursday evening (6/14) at Wildwood. The dinner features four chefs (Paul Kasten, John Gorham, Aaron Barnett, and Nathaniel Price) and four breweries (Breakside, Upright, Block 15, and Double Mountain). Each chef/brewer pair will present two small plates. The evening is centered around a discussion of the dishes, talk about food and beer pairing, and lots of open Q&A. At $50, this is a steal, and there are still a few tickets left.
