One of the most talked about food personalities, Eddie Huang, chef and founder of Baohaus in New York City, has teamed up with Portland’s Ping to prepare a special dinner on Sunday September 23rd.
Eddie Huang’s ongoing support of Portland’s Chinatown district and the vision of John and Janet Jay (Studio J) for the neighborhood’s continuing evolution as a creative hub for young global talent is expressed through this very personal night at Ping
“Baohaus at Ping” will be taking reservations from 6pm to 9:30pm with each diner being treated to Eddie’s special menu for the evening.
