Yes… Pascal is back at Carafe for one night only… and you can’t miss that!
Pascal gladly accepted an invitation to cook with Chef Troy Furtura, the talented new chef at Market.
Market, which used to be Pascal’s old restaurant Carafe for 8 years, re-opened a few months ago with a new decor and concept.
When Chef Troy offered Pascal to come back and cook with him for one night, Pascal thought it would be fun to move pans around in his old kitchen again!
The 2 chefs devised a wonderful menu based on seasonal, local ingredients and are ready for a fun evening.
Pascal would love to see his old friends so join him to remember the good old days!
