Aviary Restaurant to Partner with Breakside Brewery for a Brewer’s Dinner

Sample Aviary’s Dishes Paired With Breakside Beers Including A Beer Created In Collaboration With The Aviary Chefs

Chefs Jasper Shen, Kat Whitehead and Sarah Pliner have planned a beer inspired menu that pairs perfectly with Breakside’s delicious beers. Brewers from Breakside Brewery will be attending as well, unveiling the Ginger Wit – a special ginger white beer with traces of lemon made with the chefs from Aviary making for a memorable evening.
