House Smoked BBQ Brisket, Braised Summer Cabbage and Three Cheese Rotini
Even though fall is quickly approaching, it still feels like summer out and we are celebrating with smoked BBQ brisket for this week’s
We’ll get things started with a crisp, butter lettuce salad with a hard-cooked, farm fresh egg and Russian dressing.
For the main course, we are making smoked brisket. Our brisket is made with Cascade Natural beef and a special dry rub. We smoke it all day until it is fork tender and melts in your mouth. Sides are a tangy, braised summer cabbage with house made mustard, bacon and cider vinegar and a creamy, three cheese rotini baked in our wood fire oven.
Last year’s 5 Restaurants, 1 Reservation Charity Dinner was such a great success, we’re doing it again! On Saturday, September 22nd, Lapellah will join forces with four of Vancouver’s premier restaurants to raise money for the Hough Foundation.
Each restaurant will create an amazing food and wine pairing for this 5 course wine dinner and silent auction at the Downtown Hilton.
