Season Three with a New Orleans Feast at Acadia Bistro
September 18, 2012 — Portland, OR — Portland Food Adventures kicks off its third year of exciting pop-up dinner parties with a visit to Acadia Bistro on October 2nd at 6:30 p.m. featuring the opportunity to get up close and personal with Chef Adam Higgs.
Chef Higgs will host and serve up a six-course New Orleans-inspired feast at the popular Fremont Street bistro, featuring some items never served on the Acadia Bistro menu, along with some favorites. The dinner will be paired with wine, as well as an interactive talk with the Chef about the inspiration for the restaurant, the dinner and his favorite spots in Portland to visit. Additionally, each of the guests will receive $45 in value to the Chef’s favorite hangs, including BlueHour, Ping, and the brand new Hale Pele Tiki Bar. Acadia Bistro is located at 1303 NE Fremont Street. Dinner, cocktails and wine, gratuity, and gift certificates are included in the $125 ticket.
